In the shared spaces of the Kay River Lofts project, Betonepox® Classic concrete polished plaster was applied to the floors, chosen for its high durability and ability to withstand everyday use. The walls are finished with Imitace betonu® Junior concrete-effect polished plaster, which emphasises the raw, industrial character of the space and creates a cohesive, timeless interior.
