In 2025, the largest continuous vertical green façade in the Czech Republic was created at CTPark Prague North, covering an area of approximately 1,300 m² and composed of more than 45,000 plants. The project, carried out by Němec s.r.o. in cooperation with the investor CTP and the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, serves as a functional solution for improving the microclimate in an industrial environment. The façade uses the Cascade Garden® system with cascade irrigation and forms part of ongoing research focused on reducing heat load – initial measurements show surface temperature differences of up to 15 °C compared to conventional façades.
